USA Resources and Research

Mindfulness in Education Network (MiEN) was established in 2001 by a group of educators who see mindfulness as an antidote to the growing stress, conflict, and confusion in educational settings, as well as, an invaluable gift to give students.

Our network currently consists of over 1,700 members nationally and internationally.

These are a few resources that educators (K-12) may find useful.  We will continue to add more resources and invite you to also email us your suggestions.

There is increasing interest in mindfulness-based research in education from preK-16.  We have included articles and other research that may be of interest to teachers, administrators, and parents.
